We lived at Manor House for 2 years, our first home after getting married. The number one thing we loved about it was that we could have our dog there. It's a wonderful community for people who have dogs - the management has absolutely no problem with them (you pay a monthly fee) and although Del Ray is a dog-friendly community, that's hard to find even there. Although the space felt a bit small by the end of our stay (for 2 people and a dog) we were still sad to leave. The hardwood floors and nice big windows were something we were looking for and glad we didn't have to sacrifice. There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but the communal space works well, especially with the sign-up sheet, so you don't have to wait in line all night. The management was always very responsive and pleasant. There's not always parking in the lot but we never had to park more than a block away so it didn't bother us at all. Our place was smaller than some of our friends, but by far the cheapest rent of all of them, and cuter than some, to boot! And as for Del Ray itself...probably the most charming spot possible in northern Virginia...the restaurants and shops are wonderful and we fully enjoyed being a part of such a special community. All in all, highly recommended!

Sounds like a great place to live but I cannot seem to find a website for them. Do you know of one or do you have any contact information for them?

I don't think they have a website, but you can call the phone number that's listed to see if they have anything available (talk to Olivia). Apartments go very quickly so get on a list if you're interested.
