Manor House

I would never recommend anyone to rent an apartment from "Manor House". I have found the management unresponsive, difficult to deal with and overall very unprofessional. I am counting down the days until my lease has ended so I can move out. The units are very old, with cracked wooden floors, constant noise issues (neighbors above) and bug problems. Parking is difficult in the very small lot and my car has been dented several times due to the "too small spaces". Laundry facilities are inadequate and it is hard to do laundry w/o planning or reserving machines a week in advance. Document everything & take pictures before moving in.. I have heard from past tennents that they nickel and dime you on everything during the walk-though when moving out (even damages that were there before you moved in). There are plenty of nice places to rent in Del Ray that have been mainted much better. I would recommend renting a condo directly through an owner than having to deal with the managment here. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS!!!!
