This is a clean, quiet, lovely building that has gobs of charm. The building managers are professional, friendly, and work hard to make sure that the apartments are in good shape and that residents are happy. The neighborhood is outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend Manor House to anyone.

The majority of these reviews have probably been written by the Rhodes and Rhodes Mgmt Staff - most likely ------, as it sounds quite uppity and condescending, as she is! No one would go into such detail on the mgmt and grounds and crown moulding! Perhaps ------ should comment on the cockroaches, cracked paint job, moldy fixtures, shoddy workmanship, etc. I highly doubt most people would even go on this site to rate the apt as most of my neighbors found out about it on Craigslist. I can't wait to buy a house and move out!
