I lived in a 2 bedroom from November 2005 until January 2006. It is true the bugs here are huge. We lived in a garden apartment (partial sub-level) and in the fall the mice moved in too. We tried to keep the place clean but that didn't work. The cheap traps management gave us were a joke and with my 1 year old daughter I just couldn't stay any longer.

The tenants upstair were loud and the security guard was a joke. After several complaints my husband decided to follow the guard to see if he was actually asking the upstairs neighbors to quite down. He was just walking around the building and returning. No wonder they were still making noise at 2 am.

The last thing is the management. They were quick to respond to some inital complaints that would have damanged the property. Complaints such as a leaking fridge and a broken toilet. However, complants like MICE were mostly ignored. We also had a terrible problem with them providing handicaped parking for my husband. We virtually had to threaten to sue to get it done.

It is close to DC and for the money it is bearable. Although I do not recommend them.
