We've been living here for almost 3 years, and we really like it. Our neighbors are wonderful people, and run the gamot from young, just out of college to older folks, and quite frankly it's nice to see some diversity. Donna and Gracie are lovely managers, and we've never had a problem that hasn't been addressed. We do have the occasional bug, but we also live on the first floor, partially submerged, so it's not much of a surprise, and honestly our cats take care of it. The heating is a little intense in the winter, but that's better that being cold. All in all, it's convenient, resonably priced, safe, and comfortable place to live. If you want luxury, you should look elsewhere. This is a comfortable community, filled with working people.
