It is a comfortable enough place. Old Towne is a pretty expensive area and all the other places I saw nearby for under $1000 looked really sketchy. The building itself is ok, it feels safe. I think the hallways are kind of gloomy but I don't spend much time there anyway. The lobby and grounds are nice. It is a little inconvienient that not all doors to the building open from the outside. The door closest to my apartment can only be used as an exit. The management tries to take care of all problems right away, just make sure you talk to Donna, I think the other manager is a bit incompetent. They have an exterminator available once a week but I still have bugs once in a while. My neighbors say bugs are less of a problem if you aren't on the first floor. My window also faces the train and once a night or so it is a little loud. It isn't a luxury building and there are some small drawback but it is an ok place to live.

Well, since your window is close to the train departures than i know you hardly get any sleep do you? but if you dont i recommend earmugs or to listen to music while sleeping immediatley because that's a damn shame! lololol
