I have lived at Meadow Creek for two years. First in a two bedroom and then a one bedroom. I must say the apartments here are very nice. I had brand new kitchens and carpet in both. Never a major maintenance problem, and minor ones were fixed the same day. I had several problems with parking, as they begin towing after 9 pm and there are NO visitor spots. Don't forget to tell your friends to park on the street, they WILL BE TOWED. I did, however, have several run-ins with management. Office staff will tell you one thing one day and another the next. If you have any problems with your lease, talk directly to the property manager and no one else. Nobody else knows what they are talking about. Note to pet owners: they try to charge you a non-refundable pet fee plus a monthly pet rent. I started out just writing my check for the base rent amount, and have never been asked for the pet rent. I told you, these people do not have it together. Make it work to your advantage. The pool is very nice. The location is rather inconvenient for the rent they charge. My car was broken into 3 TIMES while I lived here -- in my own parking lot. Stereo stolen each time.
