I have lived at Meadow Creek for 1 year now and plan on extending my lease for another. My apartment is completely renovated with newly painted walls, brand new appliances, closet organizers, and new carpet. Office staff very friendly and helpful and maintenance issues handled in 24 hours or less. My car has not been vandalized and my house is not being invaded by roaches or rodents. My only complaints are the complete lack of visitor parking spaces. All in all, I would say great value, great locatiion, and great starter apartment.
