we lived here for almost a year. I found the staff very helpful and they responded to claims in an effective manner. They really tried to get ride of roaches. We had new appliances and I found the place pretty spacious considering other places in the area. Ok, walls are pretty thin and you are able to hear your neighbour know and then. Parking is a problem but sofa I always got a visitor sticker which is valid for 3 days, so if you're prepared it is a nice place to live.
