Not a "nice" place to live.

I hesitate to call these apartments a "good value", considering that in the 3 years I've lived here, I've seen my rent increase every year, with nothing to show for it.
Indeed, the parking situation is deplorable. Forget about having visitors, it is an impossibility, as the VERY limited "visitor" spots are taken up every day by residents and work vans. Not to mention the spaces for the residents themselves are so cramped together that I have several hundred dollars worth of door dings in my new car.
Take showers either at night or very early in the morning, or else there will be no hot water left for you. The staff does not care about this, informing you to "wake up earlier". The walls are very thin, as are the ceilings. Plan on enjoying your neighbor's music, love-making sounds, and learn to accept the shaking of walls as your neigbors above walk around.
Be prepared to defend yourself from crime. I recommend a self-defense course or carrying mace or pepper spray. In addition to the crimes acutally committed in the area, you will fear for your safety as you walk past people who "hang-out" drinking in the parking lots at night.
Most of all, do not expect the staff to do anything for you. Do not expect them to provide you with a cleaner, safer or better place to live. This is not their concern. They are there to collect the rent. Which they will increase every year you live there, without improving your apartment, until you get smart, like I did and move to a better complex.
