I have lived at meadow creek for 3 years, currently looking to move after all the bs going on here. I can vouch for no parking, and every year my rent increases, from the time i moved in, until now (from 99-02) I'm paying 340$ more then when I moved in 3 years ago. When I moved in, I had a storage area downstairs, now they want me to pay more for it. I also didn't pay water utility, now they make me pay water (another 30$ a month). My friends have been towed and ticketed because of lack of parking. I myself have been ticketed for parking on the street because my parking lot was full and *I* live here.

The rental office has told me before if I don't like it, move out and they will re-rent my apartment for more then what I pay. And that was their response to my complaints.

I recommend you pay a couple extra bucks and move somewhere else, unless you don't mind all kinds of people hanging outside your apartment with all their friends and harrassing people walking by, and leave broken beer bottles all over the sidewalk infront of your people's apartment.

I'm not trying to be really rude but my wife has been harrassed, there are always broken beer bottles in the parkinglot, and infront of my apartment. Someone who used to live here had a bunch of kids break into his convertable, put it in neutral, and push it into someone elses car. My own car has been vandalized.

If you can help it, don't live here.
