This is the worst place that I have ever lived. The management is AWFUL! I had a problem with the neighbor downstairs blasting his music every single day and I complained for weeks and they did nothing. I have to call the police constantly regarding it. The immigrant neighbors have anywhere between 8-10 people in a one bedroom apartment. Management does not care about you! The apartments are so cheap. You can hear everything coming from upstairs, downstairs, next door (on both sides) and in the hallways. There is no security and cars are constantly being stolen and apartments broken into. There was a homeless person eating dinner in our laundry room before. A young girl got raped in the apartments owned by Mark Winkler in the laundry room because the doors are constantly broken and they never repair them. I would seriously look somewhere else prior to living here. I wish I would have. I gave them my $ for 12 months and the only thing I enjoyed was the shuttle ride to and from Pentagon City with the crazy driver that had you fearing for your life. P.S. Their security deposit is so cheap because they want to hook you in to their dump!
