I read the positive reviews and wonder if we're talking about the same complex! But that just goes to show everyone is different in what kind of apt they are looking for.
Anyway, make sure you get maintenance to seal up any holes in your apt - or you will see a mouse. Just because they say they don't know of any bugs, don't believe them. I got termites and was told, 'oh, they do come out this time of year'. Why didn't you tell me before you took my money'!
The walls are THIN and if you have neighbors who talk loudly or listen to their music all the way up - watch out.
Parking as a resident is fine, but for guests - you'll be lucky if you can find a spot on the street at night.
The size of the 1 BR is decent, but the quality is not worth the price.
