Meadow Creek at Mark Center

An honest opinion

Ok, I have only lived at Meadow Creek for 2 months. To be quite honest the place is not that bad.
The location is a plus especially with 395 minutes away. The shuttle service to and from Pentagon city so far has been reliable. The apartments are newly renovated which is a plus.
Now, what I have noticed that I don't like: There can be a considerable amount of noise from neighbors especially if you live below a family with 8 occupants and that seems to be the case throughout the Meadow Creek.
Roaches have been spotted. So far I have seen roughly 5 roaches. One alive and the others already dead. There are a lot of spiders roaming around. But if you keep trash out of your apartment and clean up, then it doesnt seem to be that bad.
I would not suggest doing your laundry on the premises. The laundry room is creepy. Anybody can just walk in and use it as their own apartment. In fact anybody can walk in a building at any time. So, as far as security, it's not the safest.
Parking does indeed SUCK.
As far as the office staff. I had one problem so far and I reported it on a Monday and I had to call them back a few times before it was fixed that Friday. You just got to stay on top of them.
Remember, you can always write a complaint letter to the Mark Winkler Company and complain with them instead of going through their office. It does no good.
I give this place 6 out of 10. This is not a place for you to settle down with a family but it is a place if you are trying to re-establish yourself and want something
