The best advice I can give anyone considering this complex is to not move here. The property manager and other office staff do not care the least about their tenants and are usually rude and uncooperative. They allow Felons and illegal immigrants to rent from them. They also rent to extended families. A three bedroom(') apartment in my building is the home to 6 adults, 2 small children and a baby. Because the neighborhood is unsafe the children run and play in the apartments and on the balconies. So if you don't have any children you will now, as it sounds as if they are playing in your apartment. The trash compactor outside has been broken since we moved in and the other tenants leave their garbage bags on the ground in front of the receptacle. This is quite an eyesore since others can see the trash from the street. The trash also attracts vermin and stray animals into the parking lot. People (not tenants) hangout and drink in the parking lots on the weekends. So cars are vandalized. While on the other hand if a friend is visiting you after 10pm you can guarantee their car will be towed. There is no such thing as a noise curfew, people blast their music as early as 7am on the weekend and the parties last through the night. If you are not a 9to5er this is not the place for you, as you will not get any sleep. They also regularly do maintenance on the water system during the day, so the water is shut off sometimes without notice.
