Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Over the two years that we lived in this apartment things became worse and worse. Kitchen pipes were clogged and the sink overflowed constantly. Pipes in the wall leaked and rotted out a wall-never fixed by after multiple requests. The mouse infestation was the reason we moved. Management did nothing about the mice except put out traps. The neighbors constantly threw trash over the balconies and would never pick anything up. The parking lot was filled at all hours with men drinking beer and leaving the bottles, and broken glass everywhere. The management team was never helpful when we called and often didn't know who was living in our house and could not keep our lease details together.
