Where do I even start'!!'

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Parking is a total nightmare!!! There are NO spots if you come home later than say 9pm, and that's pushing it. They say that they tow, yet every night I would see about 4 cars with no Mark Center sticker. Then all of a sudden here they are to tow MY car!!! Not to mention when it snowed, about 2 days later they would have people out there to move snow.
They heat and insulation sucks. My room was ALWAYS cold in the winter, and the hot water was constantly running out.
Not to mention that I can hear the family upstairs (which must have about 5 people living there) running around at all hours of the day and night. God only knows what they were doing up there.
And when my dishwasher was broke, I called to get it fixed and no one came. And then there's the issue that one month they lost my rent check and tried to get me pay a ridiculous late fee. And you don't even want me to get into the bug problem..
So overall, I would not rent from Meadow Creek.
