Where should I start, roaches, mice, loud neighbors, funny smells, trash, poor maintenance, and HORRIFIC MANAGEMENT!!!! So the first night we moved in we had no furniture in our apartment, and we had roaches. Not just one like a lot too...when we went to the leasing office to inquire about what could be done to fix it...the asked us if we brought them with us!!! It took them 4 weeks to get an exterminator in here to spray, and after they sprayed we still saw roaches. 24 hour maintenance never responds to overnight emergencies. Example, our stove knob broke the first night we cooked on it creating a gas leak. We had to call the fire department of Alexandria to come fix it!!!

The neighbors never sleep, and you can't use your BBQ grills during the warm months, plus there is no place to grill on a nice day. There is never any parking, if you come home after 530 you'll be parking on the street. The people around us are filth and the food they cook is just disgusting!!! It always smells like a landfill in the hallways..and they throw food and trash over the balconies. There is always beer bottles and caps cans and rotten food on the sidewalk that doesn't get cleaned for days!!!! The shuttle services are horrible the drivers shouldn't be licensed to drive and they are rude and late. Plus parking enforcement comes by during the daytime...and after 7pm and writes parking tickets for stupid stuff like out of state registration or expired city stickers!!!

Finally the dang MICE...I don't know about you but I don't want Stuart Little or Ratatouille living in my apartment. We had a mouse, maintenance came over and patched up the holes. Oh yeah this was a 24 hour maintenance issue as well they came 2 days later. Anyway they patched up the holes and the mouse got trapped in our house, we can't catch him. We have mouse droppings in our stove, and now on the counter tops. The maintenance staff is rude if the main manager doesn't like you she will make your life hell. We've been trying to get out of our lease since we moved here in August 2007 and we already found a place and are paying 2 months of rent early to get out of here!!! Alexandria Police department comes to visit the apartment complex atleast 3 times a week they even have their own parking spot!!

Don't do it don't do it don't do it!!! You've been warned.

Oh yeah and they don't clean the pool!!!

YOUR MOUSE LOOKS JUST LIKE MINE! Don't move to meadowcreek!!!!!!!! I dont know how hard I can stress it but its filthy and no one cares about the rodent problem althought they did acknowledge that there definetly was a rodent problem...NINE MONTHS AGO. They have yet to hire an exterminator and no one at the rental offices cares about anything as soon as you sign the lease! People have POOPED in the washing machines!!! (Im not kidding they sent us a notice about it), and when the neighbors next door moved out they neglected to turn their gas off for a WEEK it wasnt until we complained that they informed us that theyd missed that upon inspection. I too am leaving early to get out of my lease!
