First of all, The reviews about the roaches, Bed Bugs are completely true. Comming to the guest parking, Only 7 free parking passes will be available for a day throughout the apartments. After that you have to pay $10 for a guest pass. Recently they introduced a new plan to rob the money from the tenants.
if they see any papers ,advertisement posts , even if it is addressed to the resident of your address(mostly junk mails) in the corridor, they will charge an amount of $10 from you. Sounds good to keep the place clean !!!!. But in my work, i have to go out to client place for couple of weeks. so,i was out for 2 weeks , when i came back i got a notice saying that i have to pay $10 for the trash in the corridor. I checked the email and i saw, it's an offer from a local pizza addressed to the resident of my address. I cannot take responsibility of the junk mails when i'm not at my place!!!!! when i tried to explain this to the management, those dumb people just want the money from you. They couldn't even listen to me.First thing, i didn't understand is, why in the first place, the management is allowing all these junk mails '''
The place really sucks .... I'm waiting for my lease to be expired so that i can get the hell out of here.

Yea, one last thing, the Manager is the most busiest person here. If you want to talk to the manager you definitely has to take a leave from your work. If you are lucky enough, then you will get a chance to talk to him, if not you have to take another day off.

Trust me I understand. Moved out two months early, and paid rent at two places to get peace.
