Noise, crime, more noise From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   At this time, I have nothing good to say about this place. The walls are probably thin enough to run through. The neighbor downstairs blasts the stereo every day- today at full volume. It is the same album every day that I have lived here. I now know it by heart- and I am half-deaf. The people upstairs tromp around over my bedroom and hammer nails at three in the morning. I have had my car messed with and damaged in the parking lot. When itýs warm outside, crowds of young men hang out in the parking lot at night, swilling Coronas and breaking bottles on the pavement. It was so bad last night that I slept in a rest area on I-95 in my car this afternoon. It was much quieter. Nobody cares about peace and quiet here. It is also a very common practice here when someone comes in to the apartment area to pick someone else up, to just stand on the horn, instead of calling, waiting or getting out and knocking. 5:30 on Sunday morning' Who cares! It's just a little more noise!
