Homeless person sleeps in the building!!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
FYI - a homeless person has been seen in building 3330 sleeping on the floor on the first level. He pees down there too and there is a strong stench of urine sometimes in the building. I've told the management about the smell for a year and now I've told them the source of the smell as we just discovered the person but nothing has been done about it. I would not live here again and I don't think you should either.
