Ever since they have had new maintenance people they forget that the doors do not slam lock. In the past six months my door has been kept unlocked three times. Once I was on vacation and went to unlock my door and it was already open. Parking is bad too, sometimes I have to park way down the hill and I am a single female. I also have a heavy cigarette smoker who lives below me and the smell is in my bedroom. It was great until they got a new property manager. I'm currently looking for a house so I can move ASAP! There are two women who are in the management office that have outstanding customer service but don't get anyone else.
