It's okay for your first apt but definitley not luxurious

I have lived in Meadow woods for the past year and my lease is now comming to an end. The whole first month I lived there my bedroom closet had a water leak and I had to keep my clothes in the hall closet after continuously calling and complaining it was finally fixed, however they never did come back and paint over the water damage as promised. A few months went by with not too many problems and then towards the end of the summer I noticed a dark ring around the bottom of my hall closet, I called maintenence and they said it looked like my AC had been leaking but since the summer was over we would no longer be using it. They did not even offer to have someone come out and clean the carpet in closet. One night I was going in the house at 10pm with my boyfriend and 6 Hispanic men in a light blue Navigator pulled over and began to threaten us with drawn guns talking about gang initiation, we just kept walking until we were saftley inside. Also, do not be surprised if your car is hit and no insurance information is left. There is no assigned parking so there will be junk cars that do not work parked in front of your building for weeks. The rent is going up and neighborhood is going down they need to do something ASAP. As far as everyone else's complaint about roaches the staff, I had one and ever since then just made it habbit to keep the place neat and clean and havent seen any since, and staff all seem to be friendly as well as the maintenance. Larry is really good so try to move in to the area that he services.
