For the first 4 years I lived here it was fine. Nothing special, but I never felt unsafe and repairs were handled and the price couldn't be beat. Sadly in the past year things of declined significantly. Cars have been vadalized, I hear people yelling and cursing and cars zooming through in the middle of the night. I had a repair done in my apartment and the guy left grease stains all over my door that they have yet to take care after over a year. I'm happy to moving out! I feel bad for the poor folks who invest in those town homes near Meadow Woods. Look elsewhere, don't be tricked by the reasonable rent.
