Not toooo bad

I lived here for one year and after my lease was up I was relieved to leave. The good part is that the apartments are pretty spacious and have a balcony. The neighborhood is not too bad, although the neighbors themselves leave a lot to be desired. They can be very loud, honking horns at all hours, loudly talking outside in the middle of the night, stomping around their apartments like elephants (very, very poor sound insulation). IF YOU ARE GOING TO MOVE HERE I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND A TOP FLOOR APARTMENT, as I had that helped a little. The main problem I had was ROACHES! They did mainly stay confined to the kitchen, although they would occasionally be seen in other parts of the apartment. They did exterminate on a regular basis but it only worked for about a week and meant you were cleaning up roach carcasses for a week. I never had a problem with maintenance, they always responded very quickly. I never had a problem with crime, but I stayed in my apartment most of the time, and didn't drive a really nice car that someone might want to steal. In all, I would not recommend it for someone who is used to living in anything other than urban settings, because that's pretty much what it is.
