Top Ten reasons Meadow Woods Sucks

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
10. Windows are paper thin, any noise and temperature flows through them.
9. People use their car alarms to let residents know they are ready to pick them up.
8. 5 different ice cream trucks service this place... 'Its a Small World' will be going through my head for months.
7. Abandon cars that are never taken car of... there are three I can see from my window.
6. Loitering at all hours of the night.
5. Next to a home for the mentally challenged (no kidding). They tend to meander like zombies through the community roads.
4. Buildings are from the 1970's and still contain lead paint in some.
3. Maintinence and staff is aweful. My dishwasher broke the second week in April. I am writing this the second week in June. It has not been fixed, despite 5 communications to the residents office.
2. Roaches and ants, Roaches and ants...
1. GANGS!! They taged and entire side of a apartment building in a complex just down the road. This is NOT (I repeat) NOT!! a safe place to live.
