I moved into my apartment in 2002. It was spacious and I love the big balcony to entertain friends! I really didnt have a big roach problem till now! For the first 3 yrs I have seen maybe 15 roaches in that time spand. In the last year that had doubled!! Dont know why they like to be in the bathroom! Funny I rarley see them in the kitchen! They come to spray but I dont think that matters! Never had problems with Management or Maintenance. But hey, I live in NWest!
My mom moved in a couple of months after I did. she had to unpack her raoch spray first! lol It is loud and very ghetto. Young kids hang outside the door. She lives in front of the fake me out play ground so all the kids are right there! Her neighbors play loud music at anytime of the night! Just recently they must have been helping her celebrate her birthday! The walls were jumping!! About a year ago she had some gang memebers living under here. Well whatever they did to someone else was brought back to their home. My mom had to run in her back room while listening to bottles, rocks and whatever else was thrown into the balcony of the apartment under her. And still the people were NOT escorted off the property!! They just lived in there with a tore down door and wood replacement balcony window. Sad but true! So as it appears, my mom lives in South East while I chill over in North West! lol
If mamangement does read this just a little tip u might want to consider. Just because we live in an urban community doesnt mean we have to act ghetto and allow ignorant residents to reside by those that are just trying to get by in life. Fairfax Police stay in the area but they can only help so much. Get the ignorant ones out!
I dont mind people standing outside talking or washing their cars or whatever but why do our cars have to be vandelized' Why do young kids sleep in the building laundry room'
Just because we live in an urban community doesnt mean we have to live ignorantly.

I would recommend this place to someone who is comfortable to this type of setting. But first I would ask them, Are they trying to move u in on the S East side or North West!!
