Unfortunately this is my second year here but I am working on a plan to leave this residence. The first problem is still with roaches, every now and then they get some treatment but it doesn't work so my recommendation is to do your own treatment if you plan to move into this place. Maintenance is also not good, if you put in a call, someone may actually come to make repairs a month later! It does not matter how clean you keep your apartment, problems will arise. Another example, during the summer, the sliding board in the park was boarded up and even though it is the responsibility of parents to watch their children, if both sides are not boarded up, curious children will try to get in the holes. Well, I had to assist with 3 small children getting stuck in that hole and it took weeks for them to repair the sliding board.

I recommend that you search around really good. The thing is when they show your the floor model apartment and the newer apartments, they have replaced a lot of things but the management sucks, maintenance repair sucks.
