Bugs, terrible staff

Bed bugs AND roaches are in EVERY room. Thorough weekly cleanings, multiple exterminations & high-priced insecticides failed to eradicate most of them. I was even displaced for a week while the unit was "thoroughly treated," which still didn't solve the problem, so I had to throw out my bed, couch, and easy chairs when I moved.
Regular maintenance never took less than 4 requests and one month of waiting. Emergency maintenance usually takes 3 requests and a week of waiting. The quality of work is terrible. The handhold in the shower easily ripped off the wall without me putting much weight on it. Twice.
The leasing office staff is incompetant and doesn't communicate with each other, so you have the same arguement with multiple people. They got my debit card deactivated upon move-in. My problems were brushed off multiple times. Arrangements I made with the manager were completely unknown to the rest of the staff. Important notices are not given ahead of time. They lost my Notice-to-Vacate and tried to charge me an additional month's rent.
Not the cleanest area, with broken glass often laying where children play. The stairwells are often smelly, filled with bugs and trash. Lighting at night is decent. Parking is usually ok. Walls are usually thick enough. One laundry room for 48 units.
I moved here for the price and decent distance from work. I can't move out soon enough.
