I thought it was a good location close to work, but it is not worth the hassle. It has been one problem after another. First, I had to bother the office 3 times before they fixed the AC because they technically weren t required by law to do so until a certain date. That was over a week of sweating in my sleep. Roaches weren t a problem until they gassed the place the first time. That was inconvenient in itself due to having to pretty much pack things up to avoid poisoning myself. Then, a month and a half later, we had another roach gassing, with another headache of packing everything up again with only 3 days notice. We still have roaches. The stove in my apartment is beyond outdated. I never know how long it ll take to light and it is unsafe around little ones because it gets way too hot to touch the handles alone. Then there s the poor paint job, old carpet, weak floors, and a neighborhood filled with unsupervised and often rude children running around.

well, I lived here since June of 06 and yes... we had roaches and I got rid of them... I bombed continuously and I called ever month for them to come spray.. Now they're gone... basically, the roach problems are dirty neighbors!!! it's true the floors are weak... things fall apart... they are a little slow on fixing things... and it's NOT worth the money... if you have no where else, move here... other than that, PLEASE save your money... I'm on my out the door March 31st.. good luch on your apartment hunt!
