do not even borther calling them to see what type of deals they have going on because I can guarantee you that you will not be happy there. Their apartments have little creatures running around and the walls are so thin that you have no privacy (eveyone in the building can here you business). Their kitchens and baths are run down and they charge you extra just for allowing you to have full control over the heat, which i think is stupid. another thing is that they are not willing to work with you (everyhting has to be done their way or no way at all). and their idea of having a laundry on site is 2 washers and 2 dryers which they over charge for. Right now im just waiting for my lease to run out so that i can say goodbye.
