I could not even make it a year at this place they call an apartment. When we first moved in all seemed well then the roaches started to become a regular house guest, people smoking dope and drinking everywhere, constantly breaking windows and other stuff.

The management team are a bunch of idiots. While I lived there they went through 3 or 4 book keepers. Seemed like every month I was being charged more and more money and none of them could tell me why. When I moved out they said we didnt give proper notice and its been 7 months and still havent gotten my right refund check from them. They love to rob you blind and make this place seem a lot better then it is.

If you want to enjoy where you live and not worry about your safety and well being stay far away from this hell hole.

The Virginia Landlord and Tenants Handbook states; The landlord must return the security deposit within 45 days of the tenant's surrender of the premises. If any deductions are taken from the security deposti for damages or other expenses, the landlord must provide a written notice itemizing each damage and its corresponding deduction. Normal "wear and tear" (depreciation) or deterioration resulting from regular, normal use may not be considered as damages or deducted from the security deposit. ...... If a landlord fails to retun the deposit and/or interest within 45 days, a tenenat may take legal action to recover the deposit plus reasonable attorney fees. Even if the property is sold, the new owner must comply with these security deposit provisions.

I lived here for 10 years and have noticed wonderful changes. Obviously you are one of those delinquent residents who don't pay rent on time and try and take the attention off of you and bad mouth managment team

The person above me, you are definitely part of the FRAUD called management. As i am speaking to you please get your crap straight and make it an emergency maintenance issue to get our lights in the kitchen fixed. stop hiding behind your non-english speaking receptionists and get to WORK for what we pay for!
