I live on Fordson Road and have been here for about a year. Thank God I haven't had any bad experiences and I just love my apartment. My place is one of the first ones that got renovated and it has the big open kitchen with ceramic tile and black appliances. Anytime my neighbor stops in she gets so mad because she wants her apartment to be the same as mine. I think she is even putting in for a transfer and is okay about paying the additional money to get a brand new apartment.

There are alot of negative things posted but I honestly love it here. Maintenance is very efficient and the office staff especially (Dreama) are super nice. The location is sooooo very convenient to everything. If I had one thing to complain about it would be the playground. Although they have two of them I would like it to be a little closer so I can look out and watch my daughter.

So for now I am going to stay put since I've searched the area and there is nothing around as nice for a good price like I have right now.
