I have lived in the Meadow Woods complex since August. My apartment had been renovated before I moved in, and I am very satisfied with it. The office staff are attentive and friendly, and the management has so far kept on top of things like spraying for bugs and replacing air vent filters. I have not seen a single roach. I had trouble with my stove when I first moved in, and the repair request was filled very quickly. Parking is very convenient to my location, though some places require more walking. I also feel safe living there by myself. The "cons" to my experience there are the old laundry machines that sometimes break, and the occassional TV noise floating in from next door. The price for my one bedroom apartment is affordable, and the utility costs are reasonable.
