DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! Meadow Woods is honestly the worst place to live, noone in the management office gives a -----about any of the tenants, they ignore you until you call their corporate office, Scott Management. They do have a serious roach problem, the only reason, I haven't had any roaches, is because I live on the top level and I keep my apartment spotless (with bleach). There are electric sockets that do not work, my A/C hasn't worked since last July. If you are not home by 6PM, you will not find a park. Along with the person above, I had problems with the gas, why' Because some idiot in the management office put my social security number under a different apartment, it took me weeks to fix the screwup that they did. Please do not move here, it will be the biggest mistake of your life.

I've lived here for a while and have had the exact opposite experience. Staff couldn't be more attentive to resident needs. Sometimes parking can be tight, but it's not the norm for me. Sounds like the author of this review has an ax to grind.

To the person above. It sounds like u work for meadow woods. The only thing they will rush and fix is a power outage. I went a whole weekend without a shower head, because they felt that not having one is not an emergency. I havent had the roach or parking problem. But i wouldnt recommend this place to my friends and family. To the author u hit the nail right on when u said Hell hole. If u stay for a year here u best believe they gonna up ur rent by at least $50-100 bucks while they give the new tenants the lower rates.

The comment author, i couldn't agree more. Those -------- gave our social security number to the company also, but swore up and down that it was our decision. The companies that they hire for extermination are another one of their FRAUDS... having us take the stuff out of our cabinets for their measly spray that doesn't even work worth a ----. We had to do our own exterminating because the sickos didn't make sure that the filthy previous owners little creepy crawler friends were done away with. And yet another [if not the same one] lame --- rental office worker FLUNKIE wants to comment, posing as a tenant. STOP THE MADNESS. One comment amongst many many negative comments, looks absolutely RIDICULOUS.

parking was sometimes bad (like on the weekends)... nothing out of the norm for a place w/out assigned parking.

I agree about the roach problem. I checked out the models and there were no roaches, but once I moved in, there were tons of roaches everyday even though I kept my place spotless and ate out everyday!! I was so glad to leave and live like a sane person again, when I moved to a condo and had zero roaches. I can't speak for the management as they never caused me any problems, but I do agree about the roach infestation.

I agree w/ the post above. I moved in August to meadow woods and didn't see any roaches when checking out the models (neither did the staff). But once I moved in I was killing like 5 per day. It was ridiculous!!!
