Let me tell you all something... Ive lived in meadow woods for 7 ------- Years
Ever Since I was 9... And boy did this -------- make my life miserable..

First off the ------- roaches. Everywhere, at the computer, in the fridge, in the sink, baby roaches ------- each other ----!!!!!!! Literally HAVING SEX, On the counter. I will never forget the day my mom bought Raid, and that one night I killed 47 roaches. 40 ------- SEVEN!

And this continuted every night. Numbers ranging from 10-20 roaches a night.

Second, Neighbors...
Spanish guy upstairs blasting his music. Neighbors downstairs always complaining about noise.
To the left a dipshit blasting his music. and to the right these gangsters who always stand in the middle of the ------- stairway when your trying to get out..

Maintenence-------- We had HOLES IN OUR CEILING. And it took them a week to come.

So much crime everywhere, MS ------- 13 all on your ---- you can barely move.

PEOPLE LEAN ON YOUR CARS. AND HANG OUT AND DRINK AND SMOKE....
Let me repeat
PEOPLE(Gangsters) LEAN ON YOUR CARS(Lean against your car/sit on the hood) and drink(Then litter) and smoke...

And I know what your thinking... Oh well ill drive by and see what its like.

So what you do is drive by, and you say oh its not to bad, I dont see anything the reviewer said here. Then you move in. Give it a week and youll see it you little ------.

JESUS CHRIST MEADOW WOODS MADE MY LIFE A HELLHOLE.

See what they do, is they make the front look all nice.
But the back is where that ---- happens, and thats where they move you to because they dont want you occupying the front.

My advice:



DONT ------- MOVE IN THERE. TRUST ME. DONT.

And if you do your going to wish you listened to the little 16 year old kid who is posting this right now.


ALSO WHAT THEY DO IS RAISE THE RENT

When we first moved in in 2002, rent was
800 a month.
They raise it to keep you from moving.

We had a 1 bedroom and a den

1200 a month it went up to.
DO NOT. NO MATTER WHAT. DO NOT MOVE IN HEREE

well if it's that mad then you need to move, i will not live here for 7 years with all those problems. I got a new renovated apt. and every has been good. i have lived here for almost two years. you need to take care of your house too. i have no problems with roaches and stuff. sometimes it does look ghetto,but that like everywhere on richmond hwy. keep your apt clean and get some raid. also they don't up the rent to keep you thats all the more reason to move out.
