Meridian at Braddock Station II

Recently moved in... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I just moved out of a nightmare apartment complex, so moving into the Meridian is like a dream. The apartment was clean and in great condition on the day I moved in. The entire building is very clean - the cleaning folks always seem to be out doing something. I love the idea of underground parking, security key entry, lots of natural light, Metro access, washer/dryer in the unit and coffee in the lobby in the morning. For cat owners, they offer cat-sitting services if you are away - I travel frequently so this is big plus! I also like the "youthful" feel to the building. I'm a young, single professional and am happy to be in a place with others who are similar. I haven't encountered noisy neighbors yet, but can hear the Metro and other trains from my apartment. (Didn't think about that before moving in!) It's not too bad - I assume I'll get used to it! As for the staff, they've been nice so far - but again, I'm brand new! They were a little "scattered" during my pre-lease signing days. And, they were a little busy the day I moved in so I didn't feel they were as attentive to me as they could have been. But, those are minor things to me.
