For its relatively young age, phase I building seems to be falling apart.
Exercise facility has seen nothing but neglect -- rusty, broken fixtures.
Swimming tub is is a wopping 4 feet deep.
Parking a small 4-door sedan is akin to putting a cork back in a wine bottle.
Speaking of cork...can hear the neighbors' radios and televisions.
Staff seem to think residents are second-class citizens.
Be sure to take measures to ensure staff make no unauthorized entries/illegal searches into/of your apartment.
"Controlled access" doesn't translate into "secure environment."
End-of-term intern parties can often be heard from the lower floors of phase I to the upper floors of phase II.

Exercise facilities have plenty of new aerobic machines; weight room is spacious with sufficient equipment. You won't be doing laps in the swimming pool, no, but gimme a break. Nice for cooling off on hot days and great view from rooftop. Plenty of room for parking unless you are a retard. Maybe Chauncey here needs to go back to his estate.
