Meridian at Braddock Station II

I don't get it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   We've been at the Meridian (phase 2) since August 2004 and I wonder if I'm in the same building (same planet') as the people complaining that it's a dorm. We honestly have no complaints about noise or 'immature' residents. Maybe these people are expecting the serenity of the 'burbs. The building is in a fairly urban area, with the metro rattling by a block away, a busy road in the other direction, and lots of public housing nearby. The maintenance staff has been exceptionally quick to address any problems. I can understand the complaints about aloof front desk staff. However, Tyrone gets top marks; he is an absolute professional. The other desk staff could learn a few things from him. If you're looking for 4-star hotel in "Forest Springs" then maybe this isn't for you. If you're looking for a decent apartment close to public transport and the activity of old town Alexandria, then it's a good choice.
