This apartment is really nice. The rent is a bit expensive for what you get, but for the area it's pretty normal. The walls are actually pretty thick. My company designed this building, so I know for a fact that the walls here are a lot thicker than most apartment buildings. The only way you can hear noise is if you live next to an inconsiderate neighbor. I unfortunately live next to probably the most inconsiderate person in the building. She blasts her bass at all hours of the night, and when I ask her repeatedly to turn it down her response is "deal with it, the walls are thin." Now as I said before, I know for a fact the walls aren't very thin. I've talked to management about the problem, and they say they will do something, which I've been waiting about a month for them to actually do. Other than that this is a great place to live. The management is really nice, although a bit slow at taking care of things. Plus the location is great if you metro everywhere. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

I would confirm these walls are the best at preventing noise anywhere I've ever lived. In fact, they're better than most condos around here...
That being said, unfortunately the windows don't keep sound out. And it's driving me insane! Being woken up repeatedly Saturday and Sunday morning before 9 is NOT FUN!!!! AHHHHHHH!!!!
