Everything you have read about the leasing office/staff is true. They are total airheads, you will get a different story from each of them if you ask a question, and are totally unorganized. One in particular is very tacky too, and made numerous comments about my income, going so far as to suggest I ask for a raise.
If you can get past dealing with the leasing office however, the Meridian is a very nice building. I live in Phase II - the newer one, and am mostly happy with it. My one complaint is that I was told they would replace the carpet before I moved in, and all they did was shampoo it (poorly). There are many spots and stains on the rug. The studios are a nice size, and the sunroom in them functions very well as a small bedroom. Also - the prices on their website are wrong. They are much higher now than advertised.

Thanks for your review! I'm interested in moving to the Meridian. The staff must think I'm nuts because I gone in three times so far. I like people opinions especially if I am going to live there. It seems very nice, I don't like the area and some of the reviews that I have read make it out to be a expensive but great place to live in the four walls but the outside is total ----. I hope Diane isn't one those horrid leasing consultants that you have listed otherwise I may have a problem. She has been very nice and I'm not afraid to tell them how much they make compared to me.
