Good Property but Staff have attitudes From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/28/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I lived here for 2 years. I think the staffs are rude and have attitudes. One time, I had a car accident and I rented another car for 2 weeks. I told the lease officer that I would need a parking permit for my rental car 2 days in advance and the officer assued me that I could get the parking permit at the front desk when i got the car. However, when I got home after work, the lady at the front desk refused to give me parking permit and she insisted that I should buy a day pass which costed $5 a day to park in the garage. It took me 2 hours to negotiate with her to get me a parking permit and she was giving me attitude during the whole time.
