I lived here since it opened. They have a new girl in the office and when I went in there she did not want to help me. She was on the phone or on the computer and did not pay much attention to me standing right in front of her. She acted as if it was a pain to assist me. Please hire some competent staff that will give great service when needed.

Thanks. I've had rude, arrogant staff in other apartments. They can make life miserable
