I'm impressed with the helpfulness of all staff here, love the location fronting the park and green space. New place, minimal repairs but those are usually done within the hour. Even with lots of neighbors, my apartment is quiet. I like heading upstairs to the Club Room to do my work (I'm a writer). They keep everything really nice here and the location (3 minutes to King St. Metro, 8 minutes to Old Town Alexandria, and 15 minutes driving time to DC) can't be beat. As a homeowner, I think this is the next best thing to my own place.
