Excellent location; new building; construction all around

I've enjoyed my 20 months at the Meridian. Good responsive friendly staff. Nice building / amenities. Good apartment designs. Only two drawbacks:
1. Lots of construction going on -- I'm glad I don't work a swing or night shift!
2. No grocery store within walking distance (convenience store just opened that has a pretty good selection)
