I am also guilty of moving into the building without paying heed to their customer service warnings. I am miserable. I can't stand to deal with the people in the leasing office. They are insensitive and condescending. It baffles me to think that these individuals have the audacity to look down their noses at me while at the same time looking for any new way to take my money. I also find it ironic that they think that offering a $200 referral bonus would be of any great interest to their tenants when their rent averages $2000 a month and dealing with the office is a great hassle and an incredible irritation. It is unfortunate that the leasing office, and I do mean the entire leasing office, as I have had the displeasure of dealing with everyone of them, does not understand the extended affect of a little customer service. It you are a person with a conscience, who appreciates customer service in kind with the amount of money you shell out for rent and their ??conveniences??, please consider surrounding properties as many of my friends have been kind enough to refer me to.

I completely disagree, and by the tone of your post I wonder how you treat the leasing agents. They have a job to do, & once I moved in I have not dealt with them very much. When I do the exchange is always cordial and professional.
