If you're looking for a bargain on rent, this is probably not ideal place to look. However, if you're looking for a quiet and luxurious rental building near the Metro and Whole Foods, this might be what you're looking for.
Most of the units have sunrooms with floor to ceiling windows instead of balconies, eliminating the phenomenon of noisy neighbors partying on open balconies. The construction is concrete slab with full brick exterior, allowing good sound insulation between floors and good thermal insulation on the exterior. The insulation between units also appears to be good, although I can't tell for sure whether its thick firewall or masonry. A three level parking deck allows for a ample parking, although it would be nice to have assigned spots.
The building also has a new exercise room with LCD TVs
having cable access attached to every treadmill and exercise bike. There is also an exterior pool and picnic benches with grills.
As a whole. its not cheap, but it sure is comfortable.
