I moved in a few months ago and really like the place. The location is great especially for metro users as it is only about a seven minute walk to the King St Metro. The waterfront is about a 20 minutes walk and Whole Foods is one block away. The prices are crazy though! I live by myself and pay about 1600 dollars for 700 square feet, a parking space, and my cat. I think this is more ideal for young couples. The management is much better than my past experience with Archstone. They are much more responsive and they have community activities once in a while. The gym and pool are great. The only other complaint I have is that the appliances aren't great and are starting to die. I already had to get my fridge replaced and my replacement fridge makes annoying sounds. Also, the Saturday morning deliveries at Whole Foods wake me up every now and then. I would recommend this place! However, I suggest to catch them when they have one of their rent specials. If I didn't, I would be paying over 1800 dollars a month in just rent (no car or pet) which means I never would have moved in.
