The apartment was brand new when we moved in last summer. Granite counters in kitchen and bathrooms were fantastic. The soundproofing was superb to block out noise from the neighbors. Noise from the Eisenhower Metro-station is only audible from the apartments on the south west side of the building. The parking garage was secure for us, and we never had any towing or security issues for our 13 month lease. The concierges were fantastic, and we never missed a single Fedex, UPS, or USPS package. From our experience, the leasing office staff were very professional and work with you to resolve any issues. The maintenance staff works super fast and are way cool. Most of the other tenants residing in the building are working professionals, military, or families.

Stellar concierges? Wow, you either work for the company or you are a shill. It sure is stellar how the concierge makes those garbage rule notices and attempts to enforce every last one of them. It is also stellar how they spy on you and narc you out to the leasing office for trivial violations. WAY COOL! Sure the counters are granite but everything else is as cheap as it gets. The bathroom shelf would probably fall apart if a mouse farted on it. How about the protruding nails in the floor of everyone's apartment? They never lost a package?! Imagine that! Amazing service! Zzzzzzzzzzzz. This place sucks. I can't wait to move out.

Complaints about the concierges?!?! You people are nuts! The two regular concierges that work weekdays and weeknights (Darla and Boris) are amazing! I've lived in this building for 2 years and 2 months, and there is no way you can complain about the concierges. Sorry that you were breaking the rules and they called you out on it. Rules are supposed to be followed little one. You should go back to living with your mommy and daddy.
