As a loyal resident of this community, I am pleased with upper management's decision to replace the old manager with a new one. I've been through the transition of new leasing staff and managers for 6 years and I am still here.

Although I will agree that Scott was not at all great at his job and did handle situations poorly. Seems that Mark Winkler looked into that and he is no longer with the company. The new managers are extremely helpful and matured. They seem to be handling the office and property well and I will be staying longer.

In reading most of the negative comments and seeing my fellow residents in the office and the way they disrespect and talk down to the staff it seems that I have a bunch of snobby, rude whiners living on this property.

Don't believe everything you hear, especially the negative. This community have like 700-800 apt homes and 4 or 5 little whiners that had fixable problems, should not discourage you from moving here.

Just my thoughts.
